  Thursday

I think I'm going to die. The sewer system in the building that I work in is backed up or defective in some way, and the entire building smells of poo-gas. A lot. Very much so. Soopa-stinky. I think we should get to take the rest of the day off. Ack.

Wednesday

Walking home from Peabody's last night was fun. It was snowing, and the snow came down in those big, wet flakes that you can feel when they hit you. It was warm (around 30 degrees) and lovely. Also, the snow must have gone on all night because there were a few inches of snow on the ground this morning. I remember when I was a kid and it used to snow a lot. The past few years, it hasn't snowed that much. Maybe this year will be different.

Tuesday

She was a cable girl, and she was very tall. She made it so I can watch the TV now.

This morning there was a thin, clean layer of snow on my side of the street, and none on the other side. It was kinda neat.

Monday

I'm going home now to wait for the cable guy (or maybe cable girl, hubba hubba) and P is going to bring over some misplaced brownies to celebrate my cableness. That's my afternoon in a nutshell. I love half-days.

Sunday

I'm over at P and E's place, and we're preparing for the post-Turkey Day feast. P has been cooking and preparing for several days at this point, and I'm sure his efforts will be well appreciated.

As I sit here at P and E's place, I'm doing two different things: I'm sipping hot apple cider and updating Dummo.com furiously. I can multitask, I'm good like that.
