It's cold outside. Cold. It's absolutely lovely. I'm listening to R call Ameritech (read: the devil) to get more information about conference calling. He just wants more information. They just asked for his home address and date of birth. I'm waiting for them to ask for his shoe size and favorite Backstreet Boy next.
